Food was delightful, staff was very, very nice and polite. Location: the hotel was close enough to an outskirts of the town, national parks, and restaurants outside. It also was tasty in a very nice property's restaurant.

The breakfast here is great, they serve fresh berries and use good quality local ingredients. 🍓

The breakfast was enjoyable, with a great selection of food. Besides, the location was particularly good for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a history museum😃

The food served in the restaurant was absolutely amazing, and the staff was always happy and kind, making for a pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. the rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, providing plenty of comfort during our stay. The hotel's location was convenient and accessible from the city center, and the spa facilities were clean and well-equipped.

While the breakfast was generally tasty, some of the tables were left dirty with plates from prior diners. the couch in the room was crooked and uncomfortable to sleep on, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

Despite some minor drawbacks such as a less than comfortable bed and a slight inconvenience regarding the location, this hotel is a wonderful option for a stay in Bialystok. I highly recommend it!
